As you probably all know, one of the biggest leaks in gaming history happened last weekend. That's right; we are talking about GTA 6. Clearly, after the leak, the studio responsible for the game is already investigating who the culprit was.
In addition, the leaked content of the game is already being removed from many accounts on the internet due to Copyright claims. But this did not stop many fans who wanted to know more about the title; many of them have already begun to recreate the game map.
As Kotaku tells it, members of the GTA community are working to try to recreate what they can of the new Vice City from Grand Theft Auto VI. For this, they are using the leaked videos as a reference to create their version of what was seen with Pain, Google Earth, and mathematics.
But why did they choose all these tools? As we mentioned, Rockstar Games and Take-Two are pulling all Grand Theft Auto-related leaks. In other words, if you upload a screenshot of the leak to a social media account or post it on forums, that material will likely be removed and your account suspended. However, recreating the leak with other tools circumvents copyright laws.
This is how it looks so far:
However, remember that the information comes from an early development version of Grand Theft Auto VI. Therefore, it is possible that the final version of the map is different from what the fans end up recreating.
What did you think of this community effort? Do you think that these methods, will reach satisfactory results? Tell us in the comments.
