Netflix's new Sonic Prime series has just shared a new trailer confirming its release date.

The streaming platform had long announced that it is working on a new Sonic series in collaboration with SEGA, which takes place at WildBrain's Vancouver studio and Man of Action Entertainment.

Now, a new and interesting trailer has just been shared that shows us a little more about Sonic Prime and also its release date, which will be in mid-December. We leave it to you below:

This story will tell us about an encounter that Sonic had with Dr. Eggman, which results in an event that breaks the universe, so the protagonist must run through the Shatter-verse, discovering strange worlds and making new friends to live an unforgettable experience.

It is worth mentioning that this animated series will offer 24 episodes in total, so it will undoubtedly have many fun moments for all fans of the franchise.

Sonic Prime will arrive on Netflix on December 15.
