One of the most anticipated games this year by Nintendo Switch users was Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Although its launch was successful in sales, it was not critically successful, as it presented several errors that affected the gaming experience.

Players report bugs, glitches, fps drops to incomprehensible numbers, and more. And if you are a player of the Nintendo Switch console, you surely know that Nintendo does not refund games; however, this time, due to the avalanche of dissatisfied players, it seems that Nintendo has decided to refund the game.

The new Pokémon game does not leave anyone indifferent and Nintendo, given the players' complaints, seems to be clear that the game has not come out in the right conditions. In this sense, it seems to be accepting returns of the game "for not meeting expectations," as reported by users on the Internet.

NINTENDO IS GIVING REFUNDS FOR THE POKÉMON GAME

On Reddit, user Hotdog_daddy detailed how Nintendo of America gave them a refund for the latest Pokémon release. The user claims that they were given their refund in just an hour. Additionally, they urged fans to request refunds if they want the game fixed.

“Yeah can confirm Nintendo support does give you a refund if you tell them the game wasn't up to your expectations,” claims _DrDoofenshmirtz. “I got Minecraft refunded because I felt like it didn't perform well enough.”

“Welcome to the refund team. Honestly, it sucks to have to even do this. But we are actually potentially making some decent backlash,” said salacious_scholar. “Maybe we will get a decent patch and updates, in which case I'll buy the game used.”

Sadly, as you can see by the people commenting on their refund experiences, they’re not even happy to have to ask for a refund for the game since they were waiting a long time to play it, but at least, if they’re not happy with the game, they can get their money back.
