Fortnite and MrBeast collaboration is announced along with the $1 million challenge

Fortnite, currently one of the most popular games, has made a big announcement today, December 12. It has been confirmed the collaboration of this title together with the famous most subscribed Youtuber MrBeast, and the in-game items are not the only thing they bring. Money will be involved too.

What will this collaboration bring?

As most people already know, this collaboration will bring the MrBeast skin, but there is also the unexpected MrBeast6000 outfit. Both are available in the item shop starting December 14 at 7 PM ET. Each outfit has its corresponding accessories, the MrBeast outfit includes the hat-on default style and a hatless alt style. Matching the Outfit are the following accessories: MrBeast Smasher Pickaxe, and the Beast Backdrop Wrap.

Regarding the MrBeast6000 outfit, it includes the masked default style and a maskless alt style. Its accessories are Prize Package Back Bling (Reactive: Becomes more filled with cash over time during a match, ‘til it reaches max fullness!), Beast Claw Pickaxe, Wrapped and Revved Glider.

What about the money involved in this collab?

The MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge is a new island that will become available on December 13 at 9 AM ET for you to practice your skills. The island will host the challenge which runs from 12 PM ET to 3 PM ET on December 17 and will be available in the “Fortnite Competitive” row in Discover. The winner to obtain $1 million dollars, will be the one to reach the highest score possible.

"In this MrBeast-inspired experience, avoid hazards, collect coins, and survive extreme challenges to earn “Score.” Earn as much Score as you can before time runs out in the match."

What if I can't reach the highest score?

The top 100,000 players after the tournament (the 100,000 players with the highest Score) will get the golden Beast Brella Umbrella.

Something else?

Yes, there will be two quests named MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Quests that go live at the same time as the island (9 AM ET on December 13). "Complete one of these Quests to earn the MrBeast Gaming Spray, and the other Quest to earn the MrBeast Survival Games Loading Screen!" Both will be available until January 4, 2023, at 6:59 PM ET.
