Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was originally released on January 16, 2020, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In this title, you play as Goku and relive the classic story of Dragon Ball Z.
In the brand-new DLC -Bardock- Alone Against Fate you can play as Goku's father, Bardock, and it is just around the corner as it releases this Friday (January 13, 2023) alongside the next-gen update for the title on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Fans can relive the dramatic story of Bardock, Son Goku's dad, who heroically confronted the powerful Frieza, a well-known villain in the Dragon Ball series who, at this time, employs the Saiyan people in the battle for his conquest operations.
PlayStation Underground gives us an exclusive sneak peek today, giving us a chance to see one of Bardock's side missions that we will be able to play when the game launches. In this video, we have host Brett, Marco Rizzo Marketing Manager for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and Tim giving us feedback on the experience the DLC provides through this gameplay. The -Bardock- Alone Against Fate expansion will also take us into the original Dragon Ball saga and allow us to relive the 23rd Budokai Tenkaichi tournament. But there is more, as was stated in the PlayStation blog post that at the time of its release " a Season Pass 2 will also be available, which gives access to 3 new DLCs including -Bardock- Alone Against Fate and the rest of the DLCs will be released later."
