Overwatch 2 received a lot of One Punch Man-inspired content as part of a special limited-time collaboration. While the most interesting new features are hidden behind a payment barrier, free rewards also arrived that are definitely worth checking out.
The highlight of this new crossover is 4 legendary skins based on characters from the popular animated series. These are Saitama Doomfist, Terrible Tornado Kiriko, Genos Genji, and Mumen Rider Soldier 76. The first 3 are available in the premium store, while the last one is unlocked for free by completing a series of special challenges.
There are a total of 6 event challenges, and each one offers a free reward such as a weapon amulet, a victory pose, and so on. Completing all of them will unlock the legendary Soldier 76 costume inspired by Mumen Rider. And these are the following:
- 4 games played – Saitama’s Fist Weapon Charm
- 8 games played – Mumen Rider Name Card
- 12 games played – Cyclist of Justice Victory Pose for Soldier: 76
- 16 games played – Justice Crash Highlight Intro for Soldier: 76
- 20 games played – Boros Weapon Charm
- 24 games played – Legendary Mumen Rider-Soldier: 76 skin
As expected, the paid skins will put a strain on your wallet. You can buy them separately or together in a special mega-pack. The Saitama Doomfist bundle costs 2500 premium coins, while the Genos Genji pack is available for 1900 units. Finally, the Terrible Tornado Kiriko pack costs 2100 coins.

The Overwatch 2 x One Punch Man special event is now open and will be available until next April 6. Meanwhile, Blizzard Entertainment has already confirmed that it would like to do more collaborations with other franchises.
