The complicated review process of Microsoft's purchase of Activision Blizzard has revealed information that accounts for projects and policies that otherwise would never have been made public. Everything that officially happens in this situation throws interesting data and recently something interesting came out of the controversial gamer demand.

XBOX GAME COULD TAKE UP TO 10 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT

Previously, we told you about the gamer lawsuit filed by a group of 10 players who decided to act against the purchase of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. Initially, the lawsuit was rejected by a judge but after some changes it was admitted. From there came interesting information shared by Stephen Totilo of Axios who revealed excerpts in which mention is made of a project of Microsoft and Xbox Game Studios that could take up to 10 years in development.

The document comes from the lawyer of the group of players who sued Microsoft, which had access to information from the company, and in the tested paragraph points out what it took to develop a game like Halo Infinite but then reveals that a "game that is on the way" could take a decade to reach the market.

The opinions of the community agree that this game is The Elder Scrolls VI or a new Fallout that follows the fourth installment. In the first case, 12 years have passed since Skyrim and some consider that Bethesda began the development of the sixth title shortly after that release, others think that 8 years have passed since the debut of Fallout 4, although other options that are currently being cooked in Xbox Game Studios are not ruled out.
