Diablo IV hasn't officially debuted yet, but it already has its first level 100 player.

The RPG is currently in its Early Access period and has hooked many players

While Diablo IV won't officially debut until June 6th, its Early Access period is already available to those who purchased one of its more expensive versions. This has started the race to see who will be the first to reach level 100, and there's already a winner, although not everyone may be happy.

As reported by PCGames N, the gaming world has witnessed the first player to reach the maximum level in Diablo IV. It's Rob 'Rob2628', a Twitch streamer and YouTuber who has dedicated almost three days of constant play to achieve this feat in Blizzard's popular RPG. His achievement makes him the first person to publicly announce his arrival at the maximum level in Diablo IV.

To achieve this goal, Rob has adopted a Barbarian build that is currently widely considered the best. Additionally, he has been playing almost exclusively in groups for most of the time. That's why many believe that the race to be the first player to reach level 100 in Diablo IV isn't over, as they think he took the easy way out.

If you're playing in a group and the leader leaves, it's possible to quickly restart the dungeon they're in. This method allowed Rob and his team to farm the Champion's Demise dungeon over and over again. With this, he reached level 100 faster than the rest of the community and players who have been playing for almost the same amount of time.

The race to level 100 hasn't ended in the hardcore scene

Well, everyone has the freedom to reach level 100 however they see fit, right? Of course. However, in the hardcore sector of Diablo IV, they believe that it's necessary to have a completely brutal experience with permanent death for it to be valid.

In this sector, the player who is currently winning the race is wudijo, one of the most recognized players in the Diablo community. With the Rogue class, he reached level 85 in almost the same amount of playtime as Rob. Thus, for many, the race is still on, and wudijo seems to be the favorite to win it.

Diablo IV will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC starting from June 6th.
