Activision prepares a lot of unusual content for Season 05 of the warfare title

Lara Croft will arrive in an unexpected collaboration with Call of Duty in the upcoming Season 05 of the action-packed title, and Activision has some unusual content in store for players.

Activision surprised everyone today by revealing that Call of Duty will feature several unusual musical collaborations for Season 05. And to make it even more extraordinary, Activision confirmed that one of the best and most renowned archaeologists and treasure hunters in video game history will be joining the game.

Of course, we're talking about Lara Croft, the main character from the Tomb Raider franchise.

She has collaborated with other games like Fortnite, but never before with Activision and Call of Duty. This will be the first time we get to see her in this action-packed franchise with a realistic art style, as if she were part of her own series.

When will Lara Croft arrive in Call of Duty?

There aren't many details about this unexpected collaboration between Activision and Embracer Group. However, according to the official announcement made by Activision on the PlayStation website, the collaboration will feature an Operator bundle, so we can at least expect to play as Lara Croft in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.

Activision hinted that the bundle should be available at some point in the middle of the season. Considering that seasons usually last for 2 months, Lara Croft should make her way to Call of Duty in early September. We'll keep you informed.
