According to several players, issues with PlayStation Stars began on June 5th, the day the service went offline. Sony has not provided an explanation for the problems affecting its rewards program, leading players to demand a prompt resolution through social media.

Initially, PlayStation Stars was not operating correctly, and its icon disappeared from the PlayStation mobile app. While this element has since returned to the app, the reality is that it still does not function.

Clicking on the button prompts users to receive a message stating that Sony is aware of the issue and working to resolve it. "PlayStation Stars is currently experiencing issues. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working on a solution," the alert reads.

Players are frustrated because they cannot use the program to earn points from their purchases or redeem rewards with their accumulated points. Some users are concerned that the situation may somehow affect their account and progress.

Others believe that Sony may bid farewell to PlayStation Stars and shut it down soon, as the resolution has taken too many days. Finally, some believe that everything will return to normal after maintenance.
