Five Nights at Freddy’s screenwriter is already working on a new project: a Hello Neighbor movie, the hit indie video game

Five Nights at Freddy’s had a successful movie adaptation, and many other companies are trying to replicate its success. In fact, work is already underway on a Hello Neighbor movie, and the screenwriter responsible is a creative who worked on the FNAF movie.

A Hello Neighbor movie is on the way

At the end of the latest episode of the animated series Hello Neighbor, tinyBuild announced a new surprise project. This is a cinematic adaptation led by BoulderLight Pictures, a production company that has worked on films like Contracted and Becky.

The announcement revealed that the screenplay for Hello Neighbor: The Movie is already complete, and it’s the responsibility of Tyler MacIntyre, who worked on Blumhouse’s Five Nights at Freddy’s film.

Additionally, the announcement reveals that the film is being produced by Alex Nichiporchik, CEO of tinyBuild, and Jonathan “Carnage” Joyce, co-creator of the Hello Neighbor animated series and founding member of Twitch.

Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror video game in which the player must infiltrate a suspicious neighbor’s house to uncover his secrets. The game, developed by Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild, stands out for its advanced artificial intelligence, which adapts the neighbor’s behavior based on the player’s actions.
